I’m a trainer of Pilates method. I completed the Open Mind Pilates I course, the Classical Pilates training at Karolina Libelt Pilates studio and trainer’s practice at Personal Pilates Studio with Ania Podsiedlik-Ciebiera.

I’m fascinated by yoga. I started from Iyengar method. Then I discovered Ashtanga, took part in Manju Jois’, Kino MacGregor’s and others’ workshops. I completed the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training led by Basia Lipska Larsen.

Yoga and pilates perfectly match each other, they complement each other fine.

Since I was a child, I connected my life to dance. Dance was everything for me until I experienced that yoga can give me a lot more. Not only happiness, but also health, both physical and mental. Since then, Ashtanga became my passion and addiction. It gave me self awareness of my own body and I discovered tangibly that breath is the best fun.

To be able to do what I love and to share it with others, in 2012 I completed the Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa TTC 500 teacher trainig led by Basia Lipska Larsen according to the KPJAYI method. I also attended teacher trainings with Kino MacGregor, David Keil and other teachers. I spent 2 months in Mysore, India, where I received education directly from Sharath Jois at KPJAYI. Since 2009 I practice regurarly, on a daily basis, because I can’t bear parting from yoga. Yoga is an adventure for me every day, it reveals me new secrets. Thanks to it I know, that through breathing and concentrating I can do everything, and all the obstacles are only in my head. Overcoming them on my mat helps me to overcome them also in daily life.

Moreover I’m a sociologist and a psychologist interested in Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, healthy nutrition, meditation and all that is important and necessary.
